You do not have to provide a reason for the return but it would be helpful to us if you can. We cannot make a refund until we receive the goods; we therefore recommend that you use reliable and traceable returns service. This does not affect your statutory rights Faulty or damaged goods - Allproducts are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure that they are neither damaged nor faulty. Should you recieve your goods in a faulty state you should contact us immediately at the address stated above.
During packing, your parcel is also checked to ensure that the correct number of items are enclosed and this is cross checked with your invoice on which the products enclosed are normally marked off, thereby, avoiding any undue dissapointment to you when your goods are received. This does not affect your statutory rights. Delivery - The ordered goods will be delivered to the address supplied by you when you make your order. Ordered goods will normally be delivered by registered post (you will need to sign for goods on receipt) and in most cases within 1 to 5 working days of your order being despatched depending on normal business pressures encountered by the postal service, a next day delivery service can be arranged at your request. Methods of Payment We accept payment by debit or credit card, cheque or Pay Pal. We are sorry, but we cannot accept cash through the post unless it's sent using registered mail. Please state your preferred method of payment in the “special conditions” section of the shopping cart. All major credit /debit cards are accepted, cardholder not present facility available for telephone orders. Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until payment has cleared our banking system. Cheques must clear our bank account before goods can be dispatched. All cheques should be made payable to Rib Ticklers.
